Vendor Management

Negotiate, manage, and monitor service contracts with vendors, ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).

Conduct regular performance audits of vendors to ensure service quality and compliance with contractual obligations.

Energy Management

Conduct energy audits to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for cost savings in energy consumption.

Implement green building practices and energy-saving initiatives, such as LED lighting, solar panels, and water conservation systems.

Monitor utility usage and optimize energy consumption to reduce costs and environmental impact.

Security and Access Control

Advice on the installation and management of security systems, including CCTV, access control, and alarm systems.

Conduct regular security audits to identify vulnerabilities and implement corrective measures.

Manage access control systems to ensure authorised access and enhance overall security.

Health & Safety and Compliance

Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations as set by Dubai Municipality, Trakhees-EHS, and other relevant authorities.
